A change fee of NZD 200 fee applies before or after departure. A fare difference will apply and will be based on the fare at the current time of change.

A cancellation fee of NZD 300 applies before departure. Non-refundable after departure.

A no-show fee of NZD 150 is applicable to any amendment/ cancellations within 24 hours of departure per flight.

Accompanied child (2-11 years) is 75% of the adult fare plus applicable taxes; Infant without a seat (under 2 years) is 10% of the adult fare plus applicable taxes

Pricing is strictly subject to seat availability (particularly on school holidays and peak periods such as November, December, January & February)

Please note that visas are the responsibility of the passenger to obtain. Failure to present a valid visa at check-in may result in being denied boarding.

All segments must be travelled in the order booked. Failure to do so will result in ticket cancellation which may be non-refundable.

Failure to show up or check-in on time for your flight will result in a no-show.
