Day 1: Manila - Bohol
Upon arrival at Manila you will be met by a local operator at the airport and transferred to the domestic terminal for your flight to Tagbilaran. There you will be met and transferred to your hotel to check in and refresh. In the afternoon you will be picked up for a half day tour to Panglao Island, including Dauis Church, St Augustin Church and other sites. Light snacks will be served during a visit to the Bohol Bee Farm before you are returned to your hotel for an evening at leisure.
Day 2: Bohol (BL)
Depart from your hotel today for a tour of the Bohol countryside which features some truly stunning natural landscapes. Spanish rule of the Philippines began in Bohol in 1565 and much of the landscape remains as it must have looked then when the Spanish General Legazpi landed here.
Highlights today include the Tarsier Conservation Centre, where you have a chance to see the world’s smallest (and possibly cutest) primate. This is followed by the other-worldly Chocolate Hills - over 1200 haycock hills which turn brown during the dry season. The final experience today is a boat cruise down the Loboc River, including a freshly prepared lunch served as you admire the fauna and flora on the passing riverbanks.
At the completion of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Day 3: Bohol (B)
Following breakfast at your hotel, today has been set aside at leisure. Explore Bohol in your own pace and style. Famed for its beaches, Bohol is the perfect place to find your own slice of paradise. For those looking for even more seclusion there is a choice of two optional Island Hopping tours on this day.
Day 4: Bohol – Coron (via Cebu) (B)
Following breakfast you will be picked up and transferred to the seaport for the two hour ferry ride to Cebu. Upon arrival in Cebu you will be met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Coron. In Coron a local operator will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel where you can relax for the rest of the day or walk the short distance to the café and restaurant area to discover some local flavours.
Day 5: Coron Island Hopping (BL)
In a country of over 7000 islands, Coron Island, with its towering grey limestone cliffs blue-green lakes and numerous coves and lagoons, is one of the most stunning. Declared a marine sanctuary, the seclusion of this beautiful island harbours some of the most idyllic locations in the Philippines - and you will experience many of these today. During your full day boat trip you will have the chance to explore: The Seven Deadly Sins, Kayangan Lake, Beach 91, Skeleton Wreck, Coral Garden, Twin Lagoon, and CYC Beach. Lunch will be served aboard the boat as you explore these unforgettable locations.
Day 6: Coron (B)
A free day today for you to continue your exploration of Coron and the surrounds in your preferred style. Perhaps take advantage of a further optional island tour which visits Malcapuya Island, Banana Island, and Bulog Dos Island, or simply find your own slice of deserted heaven at one of the fabulous beaches in the area.
Day 7: Coron – Manila (BL)
Following breakfast and hotel checkout, you will be met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Manila. Upon arrival into Manila Airport you will be met by a local operator and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore some of the fantastic shopping and entertainment in the surrounds, or simply relax and reflect on your time in the Philippines.
Day 8: Manila (B)
After breakfast and check out you will be transferred to Manila Airport for your onward flight.
